Now, we’re helping them find a Shopify & CRO Manager who can turn that digital experience into a seamless, high-converting journey. From optimizing the online storefront to maximizing conversion rates, you’ll be the architect of the brand’s customer experience - and the reason more people sleep better each night.
 
YOUR MISSION

To own and elevate the performance of the brand’s Shopify store, turning browsers into buyers and buyers into loyal fans. You’ll be responsible for optimizing user journeys, implementing data-backed CRO strategies, and managing the Shopify ecosystem to drive sales and lifetime value.

This is a full-time contractor role.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Take full ownership of the Shopify store backend: product setup, pricing updates, shipping configurations, copy changes, and more

  • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests across product pages, collection pages, and landing pages

  • Build and prioritize a CRO testing roadmap: develop hypotheses, segment by market, run tests, and share clear results

  • Implement tactical and strategic improvements across UX, site speed, checkout flow, mobile optimization, and free shipping thresholds

  • Manage geo-specific adjustments via Shopify Markets (local currencies, delivery messaging, shipping rates, etc.)

  • Monitor and maintain the accuracy of all product templates 

  • Support launches by implementing new products, coordinating landing pages, and liaising with marketing and creative teams

  • Collaborate with external dev/design agencies (e.g., for landing pages), acting as the internal “gatekeeper” for quality

  • Review landing pages, collection pages, and ensure alignment with paid media campaigns

  • Track and report performance metrics: CVR, AOV, traffic volume, and impact of tests

 

WHO YOU ARE

Experienced: 3+ years in CRO, Shopify, or eCommerce management - ideally for a DTC brand or CRO agency

Tech-Savvy: Hands-on with Shopify, A/B testing tools like Elevate, GemPages, Funnellish, and Klaviyo

CRO-Driven: You bring structure, strategic thinking, and prioritization to testing

Meticulous: You double-check everything before it goes live. Punctual, precise, and deeply responsible for site performance

Collaborative: You’ll liaise across paid media, product, and external partners, but largely run independently day-to-day

Analytical: Comfortable drawing insights from GA4, Shopify analytics, and performance dashboards

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with wellness, lifestyle, or sleep-related DTC brand

  • SEO knowledge (H1/H2 usage, keyword integration, etc.)

  • Experience working with external design/dev teams

 

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 Days: You’ve audited the site, prioritized fixes, and launched your first CRO tests

60 Days: You’re independently running multiple tests, coordinating launches, and fixing structural issues

90 Days: You’ve improved site CR, helped optimize product merchandising, and laid the foundation for scaling your own team

 

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
