About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead the functional development and optimization of our e-commerce website and systems integrations. This role sits at the intersection of business, creative, and technical teams, focusing on solving complex problems, improving operational efficiency, and driving scalable solutions across platforms.

You’ll be responsible for managing cross-functional initiatives across e-commerce, operations, data infrastructure, and internal systems to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Site Management:

  • Collaborate with the VP of Digital to execute the e-commerce product roadmap aligned with business goals and KPIs.

  • Partner with UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver enhancements that improve site functionality and user experience.

  • Conduct regular site audits to ensure performance, accuracy, and optimal customer journey.

  • Own code deployment processes, including QA and staging site management. Back-end catalog structure, and new Shopify features like Flows and Combined Listings. 

Operations & Fulfillment Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary web liaison between operations, fulfillment, and customer experience teams.

  • Ensure accurate inventory management, proper shipping configuration, and seamless order flow.

  • Proactively identify and resolve fulfillment or operational issues affecting customer experience.

Web Asset & Launch Project Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end process of digital asset creation for product pages, coordinating between creative, product, and web teams.

  • Track and maintain project timelines to align with launch goals and broader company initiatives.

  • Oversee the QA process for onsite experiences across multiple teams before launch.

Internal Systems & Integrations:

  • Administer and improve internal platforms such as Airtable, Power BI, and other business tools.

  • Manage system integrations and automations via Make.com, Zapier, and custom APIs.

  • Streamline connectivity across e-commerce, ERP, CRM, inventory, and marketing systems.

  • Troubleshoot systemic issues impacting operations, fulfillment, and reporting.

Data Ecosystem & Reporting:

  • Ensure accurate flow and management of business-critical data across platforms.

  • Optimize ETL processes and platform integrations, including Fivetran and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

  • Manage and maintain dashboards and reports, particularly in Power BI, for actionable cross-functional insights.

  • Partner with leadership to evolve tracking, analytics, and reporting frameworks.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish—able to receive business requirements in English and translate effectively for Spanish-speaking developers.

  • 3+ years in product management, digital project management, or e-commerce, with experience working closely with developers.

  • Strong understanding of the Shopify Plus platform and third-party app integrations.

  • Experience managing business platforms such as Airtable, Power BI, and cloud-based tools.

  • Proficient with automation/integration tools like Make.com, Zapier, and basic API workflows.

  • Solid grasp of ETL platforms (e.g., Fivetran) and cloud environments (e.g., GCP).

  • Proven track record working cross-functionally across operations, logistics, creative, and technical teams.

  • Familiarity with tools like Asana, Jira, or Trello.

  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple complex projects.

  • Experience with code deployments, version control (e.g., GitHub), and QA processes.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in consumer e-commerce, especially in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.

  • Background or strong interest in UI/UX design and usability testing.
