We are currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Shopify Manager Customer Service and Business Operations Specialist to support our growing e-commerce business. This role will ensure excellent customer experiences across our Shopify stores, streamline operations, and provide insightful reporting. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the growth of the business.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and empathetically.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Proactively address potential customer issues and identify trends.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful brand voice in all customer interactions.
  • Develop and maintain customer service documentation and FAQs.

Business Operations:

  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers (as needed).
  • Process and fulfill orders, ensuring accuracy and timely shipping.
  • Monitor and track shipments, proactively addressing any delays or issues.
  • Manage product listings and ensure accuracy of information.
  • Assist with basic website maintenance and updates.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve operational efficiency.

Reporting:

  • Generate basic reports on key metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and order fulfillment.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates to management on key performance indicators.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve business performance.

Shopify Store Management (Across Multiple Stores):

  • Manage and maintain all aspects of our Shopify stores, including product listings, inventory, and customer data.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all stores.
  • Implement best practices for Shopify store management.
  •  Coordination with the fulfillment center in the USA
  •  Coordination of raw ingredients purchases and shipping items to co-packers
  • Understand the management of affiliate programs through TikTok and Instagram with Shopify plugins

Other Duties:

       Perform other related tasks and projects as assigned.

 

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Shopify (essential).
  • Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel in particular).
  • Basic data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Experience managing multiple Shopify stores is a plus (or a willingness to learn quickly).
  • A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
