We're seeking a highly skilled Shopify Webmaster to join our team in Greenpoint, Cape Town. As a Shopify Webmaster, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our client's e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience and driving business growth.

Minimum Qualification Criteria:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Web Design, Web Development, or a related field
3-5 years of relevant work experience

Content creation tools (e.g. Canva, Grammarly, ChatGPT where needed)

Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage and optimise Shopify websites, including product management, research & manage apps, daily update of website promotions, and onsite improvements.
Research and implement conversion rate optimisations.
Oversee email marketing and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo, including flows, segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting.
Drive SEO strategy and execution across on-page, technical, and content optimisation.
Handle local SEO efforts including managing and optimising Google Business Profiles.
Track and report on performance using Looker dashboards and other analytics tools; open to new tools as long as they meet business needs.
Implement and manage conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and other tracking systems.
Act as the main point of reference for all digital marketing and ecommerce-related queries across both brands.
